Concept of a Saint :

Every true believer in Jesus Christ is a Saint [ Phili.1.1; Col.1.2 ] ; Yet there are some among the saints who deserve better recognition. David delighted in them [ Ps.16.3 ]  Daniel tells that the wise and righteous will have special place in eternity [ 12 .3 ].

Jesus tells that the righteous will shine forth in the Father’s Kingdom [ Mt.13.43 ]. As some Churches teaches , the Anglican Churches do not consider the Saints as intermediaries ; But revere and remember them ; cherish their memory as the Scripture teaches [ Heb.13.7 ].
